A $500 booking deposit is required with each houseboat reservation.
For your convenience we take personal checks for the $500.00 booking fee
as long as you are booking two weeks in advance.
We also take credit cards.

Within five days of receiving your booking fee we will mail you our literature.

The boats are 10 feet wide and 35 feet long.
Each one has a 4-stroke 90 horse outboard motor.
There are three double beds that sleep up to six people.

Cancellations And Refunds

You may cancel your reservation thirty days or more in advance and receive a full refund of the $500 booking fee. Any cancellation made within thirty days of departure will be charged a $100 cancellation fee with the exception of cancellations made within seven days of the departure date. No refund will be given to those who cancel within 7 days of departure.

License

The renter must be a responsible adult 25 years of age or older with a valid drivers (pictured) license. No license is required by the State of Florida to operate a boat. Renter must sign a release of liability and rental agreement. If you plan on fishing, a valid fresh water Florida license is required.

Payment

The rental fee plus sales tax is due on the day of departure. We will accept credit cards and cash for payment of the rental on the day of departure. If you prefer to pay for the rental by check please send it to us two weeks or more prior to departure.

Check-In

Review your literature prior to arrival at the Marina. Please arrive by 1p.m. on the day of departure so our trained instructor will have plenty of time to teach you how to operate the boat. Our boats are not equipped for running after dark so late arrivals must stay at our docks and leave after 8:00 the following morning.

Check-Out

Please allow enough time to return your boat to our Marina by check out time (4:00p.m.). At check out we will inspect the boat for damage and cleanliness. The boat will be refueled and your security deposit will be refunded less the cost of fuel, and damage. If the boat is left excessively dirty you will be charged a $25.00 clean up fee.

Pet Policy

Sorry, no pets will be allowed.

Communication

Boats are equipped with Marine Radios. Also, bring a cellular phone.

Drugs & Alcohol

No Illegal drugs are allowed onboard and please be responsible with the use of alcohol. Law enforcement officers do patrol the St. Johns River and BWI tickets are issued.

Number of People Onboard

You may not have any more people on board then what is signed in at the office.
